Our reservations open up to 90 days in advance. If you want to make a reservation further in advance, please contact us via email at booking@restaurantnoi.hk

For private parties in our private dining room, please contact us by email or phone.

We operate a strict cancellation policy to protect our business. Cancellations must be made by email at booking@restaurantnoi.hk

Your card details are taken only as a guarantee: nothing is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations or revisions made 72 hours or more before your seating time incur no charge. For cancellations or revisions made within 72 hours of your seating time, and for no-shows, the full price of the selected menu will be charged per guest.

We have a 15-minute grace period, after which the reservation will be regarded as a no-show.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force at the time of your reservation, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a credit for another date, at no charge.

About allergies: Noi's menu features fish and shellfish heavily. Due to the nature of the menu, we kindly ask you to inform us about allergies and intolerances at least 96 hours in advance of the day of your reservation. Likewise, we do not recommend reservations in our restaurant for cases of serious intolerances and allergies, since we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of ingredients and cross contamination. Finally, due to the nature of Noi's menu, allergies and/or food requirements may be adapted at our discretion.
