Noi is a restaurant operated at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@restaurantnoi.hk. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), Noi is the data user responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you book a table we collect, through our reservations provider SevenRooms: your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any dietary requirements, allergies or preferences you choose to share. Your payment card details are collected and held by SevenRooms solely as a booking guarantee; we never see or store your full card number.

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp we keep the correspondence. When you buy a gift card, the purchase is processed by our gift card platform and its payment provider (Stripe); we receive the order details, never your card number.

We use your data to manage your reservation (including applying our cancellation policy through the card guarantee), to respond to your enquiries, to operate and improve this website, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing without your consent.

Your data is handled by carefully chosen service providers acting for us: SevenRooms (reservations), our gift card platform and Stripe (gift card payments), and our website hosting provider. Some of these providers store data outside Hong Kong; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is completely secure; please contact us if you suspect any misuse of your data.
