In order to make a reservation, please follow the steps indicated in our website’s bookings section. If there is no availability on your desired date, please send a request and we will contact you if there are any openings. You may also email booking@restaurantnoi.hk directly and our team will get back to you shortly.
You can make your reservation at a maximum of 90 days in advance through our website: www.restaurantnoi.hk or through our email booking@restaurantnoi.hk
If you have any questions, doubts or want to make any changes to a confirmed reservation, please email booking@restaurantnoi.hk.
You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking. If you do not receive this email, please contact our reservations department via booking@restaurantnoi.hk. You will receive another email 96 hours before your reservation date where you can confirm or cancel without cost. (See our cancellation policy below)
Cancellations must be made by email at booking@restaurantnoi.hk. Cancellations or revisions made 72 hours or more in advance of the seating time will incur no charge. For cancellations or revisions made within 72 hours from seating time, there will be a charge of full price (lunch or dinner). For same day cancellations, revisions or no shows, the full price will be charged per person. We have a 15 mins grace period, afterwards the reservation will be regarded as a no show and the amount paid will be forfeited.

Noi is located at Podium Level 5 of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
Noi offers a unique tasting menu which represents the essence of Chef Paulo’s cuisine and philosophy, which heavily features Fish and shellfish, raw and cooked. The menu is subject to change according to the seasonality and availability of the produce. In order to design your Noi experience, we will consider all the information you provide regarding allergies, dislikes and any dietary restrictions, even those ingredients you simply would rather avoid.
We are very sorry as our menu is not designed for vegetarians and vegans. If you don’t eat meat, but you do eat seafood and fish, we can adapt your menu if you contact us with advance notice at booking@restaurantnoi.hk.
Our menu is made up of fresh and seasonal products. It is very important to us that if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions that you let us know at least 96 hours in advance. We thank our guests for being punctual so that they can fully enjoy the Noi experience and help our team to maintain an optimal work flow that is essential for running a smooth service. Please keep in mind that if you arrive 15 minutes after your confirmed reservation time without notice, it will be considered a no-show.

Well-mannered children over the age of 10 are permitted in our private dining room with chef’s approval, the experience can last up to 2.5 hours and it's not suitable for most kids. If you are planning to visit us with children, please be advised that there is no special children’s menu. If your child has any special dietary requirements, we do not recommend that they dine with us.
Our facilities are designed and adapted to serve the needs of people with reduced mobility. Please inform us of any special needs you may have, so we can adapt and provide comfort at your table or at any other area of the restaurant.
